That same year, he also launched the "JUPITER" project, which has been widely praised for its innovation and creativity in wine production. JUPITER have garnered attention for pushing the boundaries of traditional winemaking, introducing very old methods and techniques that enhance the quality and character of the wines. This pioneering approach has been hailed as a bold step in modern viticulture, earning accolades from both critics and wine enthusiasts alike. JUPITER was the most expensive still wine ever launched in Portugal.

Since 2022, he has been a consultant at Quinta Vale do Anjo in the Lisbon region. Starting in late 2024, Pedro will also be serving as a winemaker for Pal Vineyards, further expanding his influence and expertise across different wine-producing regions.
